The vineyards are located at an altitude ranging from 250 to 300m above sea level and extend over an area of 50 hectares, mainly cultivated with Sangiovese grape variety but also with Merlot-Syrah -Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Alicante, Petit Verdot varieties.
The soil ranges from medium-mixture to clay, planting densities are more than 5,000 plants/Ha, and the forms of rearing are the simple and bilateral spurred cordon and the upside-down.
The collection, mainly manual, is carried out from September to October based on preventive controls of maturation in the field and analytical laboratory tests.
