Reservation Policy:
Rates are in Euro per room per night taxes and service included.
Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation.
Payment in full is due at the Reception.
The city tax of € 2,00 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill . Valid for 7 nights maximum, from the age of 14.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications should be communicated by e-mail.

Terms:
From the 8th day before the arrival or in case of no show: 100% penalty fee.
For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking. No refund in case of cancellation.
Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Check-out: by 10.30 am
Additional costs for late chech in and check out, required.
