Chianti Classico
Our wines are mainly produced with the
Sangiovese grape variety, following Tuscan regulations, and a small addition of other international grape varieties.
The carefully selected grapes are subjected to a
medium-long maceration and the vinification takes place in a temperature-controlled environment.
The result is a vintage wine with an
intense ruby red color, which acquires light garnet hues with aging.
The aroma ranges from
fruity to spicy,
fine and
intense, with a
smooth, harmonious taste and
good body.
IGT
In the rich soils of
Alberese and Galestro are produced
IGT wines,
elegant and of good structure at the same time.
It's a very low production, just to guarantee the
maximum quality .
The bottles are produced only in the best vintages, in about
5.000 of Red Tuscany derive from a careful selection of the grapes, which are harvested exclusively with
manual methods when they have reached the right level of ripeness.
Vin Santo
It's obtained from
Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, through traditional methods.
The grapes are harvested by hand, stuck in boxes and deposit in the ceiling, with a large and well-ventilated rooms, where they naturally wither before being pressed.
Then The most is left to ferment in
small oak, cherry and chestnut barrels.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
There are more than 8.000 olive trees in production and belong to the Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino varieties.
The olives are hand-picked in the semi-veraison phase to produce an extra-virgin olive oil with exceptional organoleptic characteristics, with a intense green color and a very fruity taste.
