Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:30 am
On the day of arrival, rooms are guaranteed from 3:00 pm, but early check-in is available. Late check-ins must be arranged in advance and after 8:00 pm are subject to an extra charge.
Our reception is open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
After these hours, the reception is closed but we remain reachable for any communication or emergency.
Each farmhouse where the apartments are located (Montelodoli, Perticato and Zobi) has a swimming pool, open from May to October.
There is no pool in the Borgo where the B&B rooms are.
Yes, B&B guests can always access at least one of the pools at Podere Montelodoli (1 km away) or Podere Perticato (3.7 km away), subject to availability.
Yes, but not all accommodations are suitable for pets. A fee applies for extra cleaning. Please check conditions when booking.
All of our properties have large, free parking areas.
In all the Chianti area there aren’t local taxi or Uber service. For this reason, we strongly recommend renting a car.
The rate includes accommodation with use of the kitchen, towels, bed linens, air conditioning and/or heating, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and shared laundry facilities. Apartments are in self-catering.
Daily cleaning and breakfast are not included.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You will receive the access password at check-in. Being in the countryside and without fiber connection, we cannot guarantee high speed.
The city tax is a mandatory tourist tax charged by the Municipality of Florence, equal to €2 per person per night.
It is not included in the room or apartment rate and must be paid at check-in or check-out.
