Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Production in Tuscany

The extra virgin olive oil from our farm is the result of high-quality and refined EVO oil production in Tuscany.

With over 8,000 olive trees in production, our Tuscan farm boasts an olive grove that stretches across the surrounding hills, featuring prized historic varieties such as Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino.

The olives are carefully handpicked at the peak of their flavor, ensuring that this manual harvesting method preserves the integrity of the olive tree and produces the best possible Tuscan EVO oil.

Its exceptional organoleptic characteristics are the result of a process that respects nature and the work of our farmers, bringing forth an oil that is perfect for enhancing every traditional Tuscan recipe, from pastas to bruschettas, salads, and meat dishes.

Our Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is an authentic product that tells the story of the beauty and strength of our land.

Each drop is produced with passion, carrying the aroma of the vineyards, olive groves, and the breathtaking landscape.
