Zobi IGT is the flagship label of our winemaking in Tuscany—a red wine born from the rich Alberese and Galestro soils, from which it draws its extraordinary and distinctive character.
The number of bottles is deliberately limited to ensure the highest quality, a testament to the meticulous care devoted to every stage of production. The grapes, selected with the utmost attention, are hand-picked, a method that allows us to choose clusters at the perfect stage of ripeness, ensuring that only the finest berries contribute to the creation of this exceptional wine.
The result is a wine with an intense, deep color and an aroma that ranges from fruity to spicy notes, with a captivating smoothness on the palate, a solid structure that ensures balance, and an aging potential that allows it to evolve and improve over time.
Every bottle of Zobi IGT is an act of love for Tuscany, for its winemaking tradition, and for the typical products of its land.
